Kathryn Anderson

CO-FOUNDER

Kathryn has lived and worked in California since 1985. She began her career mentoring young entrepreneurs at Junior Achievement. From there, she went into sales at a large staffing company and quickly added additional responsibility by becoming General Manager of two counties with over $30,000,000 annual revenue responsibility. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to transition to the local household staffing arena in 2012.

Working with and helping people has always been a joy for Kathryn. She takes pride in listening to the details of a job description, understanding the nuances of different homes and finding the best person for each individual order. Additionally, she believes that all candidates and clients should be treated with Courtesy, Dignity and Respect. Many clients are high net worth and ultra high net worth families and Kathryn understands the value of discretion. Honesty, Hard Work, Reliability and Discretion are touchstones to her success.

Sam Anderson

CO-FOUNDER

Samuel D. Anderson, Attorney at Law, is a graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, and licensed to practice law in the State of California. Sam trained in mediation at the Coast to Coast Mediation Center. He has undertaken additional training via CSP (Community Services Program) and the Southern California Mediation Association. Since 2008, Sam has practiced in family law mediation.

Furthermore, he provides oversight and management of 10 apartment complexes with over 600 units. Santa Barbara Estate Staffing benefits from Sam's administrative and planning expertise. In his free time, Sam plays with his children and engages in competitive outrigger canoe racing.
